WEEKS of RaMbling ~ condensed into 1 post!

Heaved a great sigh of relief!

Finally this week is coming to an end. I'm blogging this on a Friday night, 07 Nov 2008.

In case those of you reading my blog dunno wats happening to me, I was really packed from back-to-back since my jabs.

For instance, Thurs 06 Nov: I had test 10-11, career fair 11-2, prepared my presentation speech 2-3, actual presentation 3-4, lect4-6, prepared yep presentation 6-6:30, yep meeting 7-9:30pm.

Just like a page on the NUSSU diary: If you are going through hell, keep going ~Winston Churchill

I wouldn't describe all these as hell, but definitely I have been really just keep going through these weeks. Some people describe as I packed myself too much. To a certain extent I admit. I just tend to slot things into my schedule if I can. That's y I have simultaneously taken up Jap & driving, FYP and 4 other modules and 5 tuition kids (6 tuition sessions/wk). But i did planned. Jap & driving will stop by the end of 1st half, followed by tuition. Then 2nd half of my sem will be just school, FYP & yep. But it meant that i have continuously been working... It also slipped my mind to put in more effort in Job-seeking (which is V V V impt). Oops. Anw, I have yet to be burn-out *touch wood** So i'm glad I've survived. :)

To a certain extent, I've always been questioning myself regarding yep during this period. Why go again when i went Nepal for yep before. Cambodia's condition is worse, 22 people in a room, no lights at night, got to cook our own meals. None of this happened in Nepal *surprise! Why take it up this period, when i shld be focusing on my job-search, on my FYP, and just simply relax my final year. I don't know. I just know that this opportunity/dare came, I simply took it up. It doesn't boost the resume that much, I even had to pay ~S$600 so far, take 3 jabs which made me loose sleep for 2 consecutive nights & some time waiting for medical check-up at YIH.

But as Dec 12 looms.. I think i am really lookin forward to this yep. The excitement of going to Cambodia (3rd world), it not only adds on to my Less Travelled Places, I am glad to do it while i'm only 22 yrs old.
