Sore Arms

Didn't know that a Tetanus Jab is soo powerful. I took 3 vaccinations on Saturaday in preparation for my YEP trip. Went YEP before in JC, took vaccinations before, but never before was it soooo painful.

Nurse consultation: "According to feedback, you will experience soreness & heaviness in your arm, probably starting tonight. It probably last 1-2 days... " OK... After that 2 jabs in my left arm, WOA HO.... I can feel the effect almost immediately. LOL

Came out clinic like a gorilla with both arms dangling at my side. Its that numb. Then my Sat night was unbearable, could hardly sleep. Keep psychoing myself: ITS MIND OVER BODY. And I got to go for my 3 tuition sessions on Sun with both arms like that. ARGH. Thought I could sleep better on Sun night, since 1st night is normally the worst. NAH> it was worse! I woke up in pain more often than on Sat night. :(

Typing was painful.. since i have to lift my left hand onto the table.. Worse still, i have a pdc proj meeting online on Sat night. Almost wanted to pay my sister to type for me..

TODAY: FInally last night i could sleep in peace, sound aslp throughout the night. :D
